Dutch Institute for Technology, Safety & Security (DITSS)

DITSS is an innovation platform set up by government, educational institutions and companies to explore and resolve security issues. Areas of focus include cyber security.

DITSS promotes, organises and creates research and innovation programmes relating to security. We connect different parties, such as public partners, science and companies. With them we analyse security issues and search for or design solutions in conjunction with their partners.

The information security area is mainly about cyber crime and big data. For example, with the social media information security. Social behavior, safe payment and the electronic patient file are part of this workflow. DITSS works with its partners and with the help of technology and social innovations we search through all kinds of networks and behaviors. The results translate into innovative solutions to enhance cyber security.
