National Cyber Security Center (NCSC) - Vietnam

The National Cyber Security Center (NCSC) of Vietnam has a central monitoring function and is a technical focal point for monitoring and supporting information security for people, businesses and systems. 

Functions of the NCSC:

• Establish a network to monitor network information security nationwide.
• Perform activities and tasks to ensure network safety and security.
• Early warning of trends about activities and developments in Vietnam's cyberspace.
• The focal point for receiving and sharing information with international organizations and between agencies and organizations in Vietnam.
• Manage and operate data systems, databases on information security, technical systems to ensure national cyberinformation security in service of state management and law enforcement on security. information in Vietnam.
