Telecommunications & Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) - UAE

TDRA focuses on regulating the telecommunications sector and enabling government entities in the field of smart transformation. It is responsible for the overall digital infrastructure in the UAE.

The Policies & Programs Department of the Information & eGovernment sector is responsible for developing and executing nationwide policies and guidelines related to the ICT sector in the UAE including but not limited to Internet domain name, cyber security and Internet Access management.

The Computer Emergency Response Team (aeCERT) was established by TDRA to improve the standards and practices of information security, and protect the IT infrastructure in the UAE from risks and violations, in line with TDRA strategy to support and ensure a safer national cyberspace.
