A-SIT Secure Information Technology Center

A-SIT was founded in 1999 as a registered nonprofit association and is established as a competence center for IT-Security.

Activities include technical evaluations, monitoring existing and emerging technologies, top level support for public bodies and promoting awareness of IT security.

To maintain its expertise A-SIT carries out continuous research and technology monitoring. We focus on technologies that are expected to become relevant for public authorities in near future.

A-SIT’s duties require a high degree of technical expertise and knowing the state-of-the-art. Aside its technology monitoring activities, A-SIT advances the state-of-the-art in its strategically relevant areas by carrying out its own scientific research.
