Be Cyber Aware At Sea

Be Cyber Aware At Sea is a global maritime and offshore industry initiative to raise awareness and educate crew members and the offshore workforce, by offering practical advice in a non-technical language that can be understood by all stakeholders.

This online Maritime Cyber Security Awareness (MCSA) training course and the supporting guidance booklet, takes a bottom-up approach and is aimed at one of the biggest vulnerabilities onboard, ‘The Human Element’. The guidance found in this course is not intended to replace your organisation's approach to cyber security at sea, nor any associated policies. It is intended to complement the existing approach and provide additional value through easy to understand and simple yet extremely effective steps to mitigate the cyber risk.

The MCSA course is provided by JWC International.
