CERT-FR

CERT-FR is the French national government computer security incident response team.

Within the Information Systems Security Operational Center (COSSI) of the National Agency for Information Systems Security (ANSSI), CERT-FR provides support in incident management to ministries, institutions, courts, independent authorities, local authorities and OIV (operators of vital importance). CERT-FR is responsible for assisting government bodies in implementing the necessary protection means and responding to incidents or computer attacks of which they are victims.

CERT-FR is one of the complementary curative components of the preventive actions carried out by ANSSI. As a national CERT, it is the preferred international point of contact for any cyber incident affecting France.
