Cybil is a publicly-available portal where members of the international cyber capacity building community can find and share information to support the design and delivery of programs and projects.

Cybil also acts as a source of information for civil society and academia in line with the community’s commitment to transparency and inclusion.

Why the name Cybil?
Cybil is derived from the words CYBer capacity buILding. Cybil also takes inspiration from the sibyls of the classical world, who were female prophets associated with wisdom.
