Information System Authority (RIA) - Estonia

The Information System Authority (RIA) coordinates the development and administration of information systems ensuring the interoperability of the state’s information system, organises activities related to information security, and handles security incidents in Estonian computer networks.

We are developing cyber security strategies and policies. We coordinate the safe implementation of IT infrastructures important for the state and conduct supervision. We monitor the Estonian computer network and solve cyber incidents.

CERT-EE is an organisation within RIA responsible for the management of security incidents in .ee computer networks. It is also a national contact point for international co-operation in the field of IT security.
