National Cyber Security Centre Finland (NCSC-FI)

The NCSC-FI develops and monitors the operational reliability and security of communications networks and services in Finland.

Services include situation analysis and networks management, monitoring and incident response, assessment, accreditation and guidance.

CERT and NCSA duties are part of the NCSC-FI's information security services.

The purpose of NCSC-FI’s CERT activities is to prevent information security incidents and to disseminate information on information security matters.

The NCSA-FI is responsible for security matters related to the data transfer and handling of classified information in electronic communications.

To support its operations, the NCSC-FI also maintains nationwide situational awareness of cyber security.

NCSA-FI is part of the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency, Traficom.
