TR-CERT (USOM)

TR-CERT (Ulusal Siber Olaylara Müdahale Merkezi - USOM) is the national Computer Emergency Response Team of Turkey.

TR-CERT ensures the development of measures to reduce or eliminate the effects of possible events by making alarms, warnings and announcements regarding cyber threats.

Within the scope of cyber security awareness, it provides cyber security training activities for Sectoral and Institutional CERTs, universities and cyber security communities.

Participates in national and international civil and military cyber security exercises, NATO exercises, conferences, workshops and meetings. 

In addition, it contributes to the training of expert personnel that our country needs in Cyber Security, in line with the goal of Cyber Capacity Building.
