Western Balkans Cyber Capacity Centre (WB3C)

WB3C is a regional programme founded by France, Slovenia and Montenegro with the mission of building a secure and connected Western Balkans region through enhancing its cyber capabilities and resilience and furthering regional and international cooperation. France and Slovenia, in partnership with Montenegro, have established a regional-scale training centre in Podgorica, with a European and strategic ambition. WB3C will provide support to the Western Balkans countries through increased cooperation and training in the field of cybersecurity and cybercrime.
WB3C’s goals include disseminating cyber culture, strengthening operational capacities, and promoting regional and international cooperation. In doing so, WB3C closely cooperates with national coordinators in the Western Balkans and promotes involvement of local experts thus ensuring that our activities are aligned with local needs and sustainable in the long term.
